Food is amazing and the staff are pretty nice

I'm not a ramen aficionado, however I was more than satisfied with the overall gastronomic experience at Nagoya ramen. My wife and I underestimated their portion sizes. She had the chicken katsu combo and I had the spicy beef combo. We'll be sharing one combo next time. The staff was very attentive and friendly even with a full house. Wait time for the meal was minimal and I liked that they brought out parts of our meal as it was ready, rather than holding it (making it cold) to deliver all at once.Soda refills aren't free but their water tasted filtered, lacking that tell-tale metallic taste of tap water.The seating was comfortable for a slightly larger than average guy such as myself, as it should be for most everyone else.The warm lighting helped provide a cozy and quiet atmosphere.

The water could use some filtering.The ramen was soft but firm. The chicken katsu and goyza were of the charts.
